Able to influence internal stakeholders, internal customers (operations), and external consultants to address program wide design changes Manage escalations from the design team and collaborate with procurement, construction and external consultants Effectively communicate with AWS Leadership external project partners. Creating, tracking \u0026amp; reporting metrics related to cost, quality during design and in construction phase. Think outside of the box to find innovative solutions prior to and during the construction process to reduce costs without negative impacts on quality or reliability. Drive speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation. Create global best practice documentation and facilitate sharing across the globe. Ability to motivate others to achieve impeccable quality in an explosive growth and deadline-driven environment.
